The CREDAI Kolkata Secretariat operates from Jindal Towers in Park Circus, Kolkata and  comprises of professionals with rich industry experience. The Secretariat has been an integral part of the chapter's operations since its founding, catering to the needs of its member developers. Headed by the Secretary General, the Secretariat has departments for legal and government outreach, communication, branding and media outreach, events and exhibitions, CSR and accounts.
